Airport lounge access is one of the most-used premium credit card perks in India. But the fine print — visit caps, guest rules, and domestic vs international coverage — decides how much it is actually worth.
Domestic vs international
Most mid-tier cards bundle a handful of *domestic* lounge visits per quarter. International lounge access (usually via Priority Pass) is reserved for premium and super-premium cards.
Watch the quarterly caps
A card advertising "unlimited" lounge access often still caps guest visits or resets a counter every quarter. Always read the per-quarter limit before assuming a card covers your travel.

If you fly more than a few times a year, the lounge perk alone can offset a premium annual fee — but only if your visit pattern fits the card's caps.
