In-depth review
EazyDiner IndusInd Bank Platinum Credit Card
The EazyDiner Platinum is the lifetime-free, entry-tier sibling of the ₹2,999 EazyDiner Signature — same dining engine, no fee. A complimentary EazyDiner Prime membership gets you a guaranteed 25% up to 50% off at 2,000+ restaurants, and paying via PayEazy adds an extra 20% off up to ₹500. A monthly BookMyShow buy-one-get-one and a published milestone sit behind it, and the RuPay variant links to UPI. Outside all that the 0.4% base earn is thin, so its worth turns on how much you use EazyDiner.

For someone who genuinely eats out at EazyDiner partner restaurants and will use the app to book and pay. If you dine at partners even twice a month the discounts dwarf the (zero) fee — but check your favourite restaurants are actually on EazyDiner first, because that network is the whole benefit.

- Guaranteed 25% up to 50% off at 2,000+ EazyDiner restaurants via complimentary EazyDiner Prime

✕ Cons
- Value is heavily network-dependent — check your favourite restaurants are on EazyDiner before applying
- Base reward rate is a thin 0.4% (2 RP per ₹100 at ₹0.20/point), and no lounge access at all — IndusInd's MITC states Priority Pass is not available on either EazyDiner card
- Rent, utility, insurance and government spends earn a reduced 0.7 RP per ₹100 (0.14%), and fuel earns nothing
- The extra 20% PayEazy discount is capped at ₹500 per transaction and only three times a month, and needs you to pay through the EazyDiner app
- Reward points expire at the completion of every anniversary year, and both reward points and EazyPoints can be redeemed only inside the EazyDiner app — there is no offline route
- Credit Card on UPI works only on the RuPay variant of the card

What your IndusInd Reward Points are worth
Realistic value per point by redemption route — the difference is what most people leave on the table.
Above-average base value
Brand & e-gift vouchers
The entire value is tied to the EazyDiner restaurant network and app — where coverage thins out the card goes dark, and the 0.4% base reward rate offers little to fall back on.

The bottom line
A rare thing — a lifetime-free card with a real, repeatable benefit for the right user. If you book restaurants through EazyDiner, the guaranteed 25%+ discount plus the extra 20% PayEazy cut make it a free money-saver, and the monthly BookMyShow buy-one-get-one quietly adds to it. If you do not use EazyDiner, the 0.4% base earn is too thin to bother with. Want the bigger dining caps — 25% instead of 20%, ₹1,000 a transaction instead of ₹500, 12 months of Prime instead of three — plus a 10-point tier on travel and shopping, a ₹7,500 hotel voucher and a free drink? That is the paid EazyDiner Signature. Neither card has lounge access. This is the no-fee entry.

IndusInd Bank EazyDiner Signature Credit Card
For people who genuinely dine out — sit-down restaurants, not delivery — the single highest-saving dining card in India. Built around EazyDiner Prime, it delivers up to 50% off at 2,000+ partner restaurants, so a couple of dinners a month can cover the fee. The whole value rests on one question: are your favourite restaurants actually on EazyDiner? Check the app before you apply.
IndusInd Bank Samman Credit Card
The IndusInd Samman is a low-cost RuPay card for government-sector employees, built around one idea: pay from your credit card over UPI. It earns 1% cashback on the first ₹20,000 of eligible retail spend a cycle — so ₹200 a cycle, hard — the ₹199 fee waives on ₹75,000 of spend, and it throws in a movie ticket, travel cover and fuel/railway surcharge waivers. A convenient near-free default, not a returns engine.
IndusInd Bank Pinnacle Credit Card
The IndusInd Pinnacle is a premium lifestyle card with an unusual fee shape: a one-time ₹15,000 joining fee and no annual fee thereafter. The draw is the package — a green-fee golf programme, 24x7 concierge, movie tickets and Priority Pass — not the rewards, which are ordinary. And the lounge access is easy to misread: Priority Pass visits carry a US$35 charge within India. Judge it on golf and concierge, not returns.

2026
- ▼ FeeObserved 13 May 2026 · Effective 15 Jun 2026
Dynamic Currency Conversion fee doubled 1% → 2%
1% + taxes→2% + GST
From 15 June 2026 the Dynamic Currency Conversion mark-up — levied when an international transaction, or one at an India-based merchant registered overseas, is billed in rupees rather than the local currency — doubled from 1% to 2% + GST on the EazyDiner Platinum. The paid EazyDiner Signature was held at 1%. DCC is avoidable: always choose to be billed in the merchant's local currency.

Fuel fee threshold cut ₹50,000 → ₹30,000 a cycle
1% + GST above ₹50,000/cycle→1% + GST above ₹30,000/cycle
From 15 June 2026 IndusInd charges 1% + GST on cumulative fuel spends above ₹30,000 in a statement cycle on the EazyDiner Platinum, down from the ₹50,000 threshold that applied until 14 June 2026. Notably the paid EazyDiner Signature was placed in the premium ₹50,000 tier, so the free Platinum now carries the tighter fuel ceiling of the two EazyDiner cards. This is a fee on the spend itself, separate from the fuel surcharge waiver.

New 1% fee on transport spends above ₹40,000 a cycle
No transport fee→1% + GST above ₹40,000/cycle
From 15 June 2026 IndusInd levies 1% + GST on cumulative transport spends above ₹40,000 in a statement cycle — MCCs 4111, 4112, 4131 and 4784, covering cabs, rail, bus and tolls. Air travel is excluded. Only Pioneer Private, Pioneer Heritage and Indus Solitaire are exempt, so this card is in scope.

2025
- ▼ BenefitEffective 21 Dec 2025
Complimentary air-accident insurance withdrawn
Complimentary air-accident cover provided with the card→No air-accident cover
On 21 December 2025 IndusInd discontinued the complimentary air-accident insurance feature across its credit cards, stating simply that the coverage "stands discontinued". The bank published no replacement and named no exempt card. Note that several IndusInd product pages still described the cover months afterwards — the Avios, Duo, Pioneer Private and Platinum pages all still advertised it in August 2026 — so a reader may encounter the old wording on IndusInd's own site; the dated withdrawal notice is the operative statement. Other insurance benefits are unaffected: lost-card liability, Total Protect fraud cover, travel insurance and purchase protection continue where the card carried them.

2024
- ◆ LaunchEffective 16 Jan 2024
EazyDiner IndusInd Bank Platinum launched as the free entry variant
IndusInd and EazyDiner added a lifetime-free entry tier beneath the paid EazyDiner Signature — nil joining fee, nil annual fee. It bundles a complimentary 3-month EazyDiner Prime membership (guaranteed 25% up to 50% off at 2,000+ premium restaurants), an extra 20% off up to ₹500 per transaction when paying via PayEazy on the EazyDiner app, and Prime renewal for a further 3 months on ₹30,000 of spends every 90 days. Rewards are modest by design: up to 2 Reward Points per ₹100, redeemable instantly against restaurant bills.
