Giveaway Terms

These terms govern the CardAdvisor monthly t-shirt giveaway (the "Giveaway"), operated by [REVIEW: legal entity name] ("CardAdvisor", "we"). By entering you agree to these terms.

1. No purchase or application necessary

Entry is free. You do not need to buy anything, apply for any credit card, click any link, or use any CardAdvisor feature to enter or to win. The Giveaway is entirely separate from the credit card recommendations and any "apply" links on this site: entering does not affect the recommendations you receive, and applying (or not applying) for any card has no effect on your odds of winning.

2. How to enter

  • Submit your email address on the /giveaway page during a calendar month (the "round").
  • One entry per person per round. Re-submitting in the same round only updates your tee text.
  • You may optionally suggest the text you would like printed on your tee (up to 40 characters).

3. Eligibility

  • Open to residents of India aged 18 or over with a valid Indian shipping address.
  • Employees and immediate family of CardAdvisor are not eligible.

4. Winners & prize

  • Winners are drawn at random from valid entries shortly after each round ends and notified by email.
  • The prize is one customised CardAdvisor t-shirt per winner, shipped free within India. No cash alternative; the prize is not transferable.
  • If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, we may draw a replacement winner.
  • Printed text is subject to our approval — we will not print content that is offensive, infringing, misleading, or that references third-party trademarks (including bank and card network names).

5. Privacy

We use your email to run the Giveaway and to send occasional CardAdvisor updates, which you can unsubscribe from at any time. Winner shipping details are used only to deliver the prize. See our Privacy Policy.

6. General

  • We may modify, suspend, or end the Giveaway at any time; changes apply to future rounds.
  • The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any bank, card issuer, or payment network.
  • Our decision on winners and printed content is final.
