Frequently asked questions

What is a Reward Point worth?
1 Reward Point equals Rs. 0.25 (4 points = Re. 1) when used to pay your outstanding or against the reward catalogue and Titan vouchers. Points can only be accumulated for 24 months. In effective-return terms this card's best everyday earn is 1.5% on everyday spends (rewards capped at ₹1,500 a month in that category) — percentages here are the real return after converting points at their card-specific value, not the headline points-per-₹100. Figures as of October 2026.
What do I get at Titan and Tanishq stores?
Quarterly-capped benefits — 3% value back as vouchers at Tanishq (capped Rs. 25,000 a quarter), 5% cashback at Mia/CaratLane/Zoya (Rs. 10,000 a quarter), and 7.5% cashback at World of Titan, Taneira, Titan Eye+, Helios, Fastrack, Skinn and Sonata (Rs. 10,000 a quarter) — Rs. 45,000 a quarter in total.
Which spends do not earn rewards?
Reward Points are not accrued on fuel, wallet uploads, property rental, utilities or government spends, nor on Flexipay and merchant EMI conversions.
Does the Titan SBI Card earn 10 points per Rs. 100 on dining and pharmacy?
No. SBI's Titan T&C is explicit that every spend outside Titan stores earns 6 Reward Points per Rs. 100, on all categories. A carousel on SBI's own product page advertises 10 points on chemist, pharmacy, sports, dining and movies, but the same block also advertises a Tata Card SELECT benefit and reproduces the SBI Card PRIME rate structure, so we treat it as contaminated and follow the T&C.

Our dated Value Timeline for the Titan SBI Card (on this page) records 5 changes since 2024: 4 devaluations, 0 improvements, and the rest neutral changes such as launches or restructures.
